CapitAll A Limited is the lender of record and is a subsidiary of CapitAll Finance Holdings Ltd. CapitAll A Limited is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority for anti-money laundering supervision under Firm Reference Number 1055075. This does not mean that all products or services on this website are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

6. Lending criteria and product information
Product information, facility sizes, LTV, LTGDV, security position, geography, loan term and other criteria are guidance only. Actual availability may depend on the borrower, property, valuation, security, legal position, exit route, funding structure, market conditions, internal appetite and risk assessment.
7. Applications and due diligence
By submitting an enquiry or deal, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide it. We may request further information, identity documents, company documents, valuation reports, legal reports, source of funds evidence, source of wealth evidence, insurance details, property information and other due diligence materials.
8. AML, sanctions and fraud checks
CapitAll may carry out AML, KYC, sanctions, PEP, adverse media, fraud prevention, identity verification, credit, insolvency, source of funds and source of wealth checks on borrowers, guarantors, directors, shareholders, beneficial owners, funders, introducers and other relevant parties.
We may decline, pause, vary, report or withdraw from a transaction where checks, risk assessment, legal obligations, funding requirements or internal policies require it.
9. Brokers and introducers
Brokers and introducers may submit opportunities for review, but they have no authority to bind CapitAll, issue or vary terms, approve credit, confirm funding, waive conditions, release security, manage arrears or make enforcement decisions unless expressly authorised in writing.
All credit decisions, pricing, underwriting, approval, servicing, monitoring, arrears, enforcement and recovery decisions remain with CapitAll or the relevant authorised programme party.
10. Broker fees and revenue share
Any broker economics, introducer fees, revenue share or partnership information shown on this website is subject to written agreement, transaction approval, actual receipts, permitted deductions, programme costs, reserves, taxes, funding waterfall, defaults, restrictions, clawback provisions and payment conditions.
Broker fees or revenue-share arrangements must be disclosed where required. Borrower consent may be required where fees are deducted from the advance. Broker income is not guaranteed and may be pay-when-paid or subject to loan performance and transaction terms.
11. Fees, costs and third-party charges
Fees, interest, legal costs, valuation costs, monitoring costs, insurance costs, broker fees, funding costs, administrator costs, enforcement costs and other charges may apply depending on the transaction. Any applicable fees and costs will be set out in the relevant terms, offer letter, facility agreement, fee schedule or transaction documents.
12. Lending entities and funding structure
A transaction may be reviewed, funded, administered, serviced or held through CapitAll Finance Holdings Ltd, a CapitAll group company, a lending SPV, a funding vehicle, a participation structure or another approved funding arrangement. The relevant lender of record, contractual counterparty and payment obligations will be set out in the applicable transaction documents.
Nothing on this website gives any person a proprietary interest in, security over, or recourse to the assets of any CapitAll holding company, lending entity, funder, SPV or programme entity unless expressly agreed in signed legal documents.
13. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep website information clear and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the website or its content will always be accurate, complete, available or free from errors. We may update, remove, restrict or change website content at any time.
